About Stephanie Lucas

Dr. Stephanie Lucas is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician faculty member at Parkview Adult Medicine Clinic. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, and thereafter completed residency at Florida Atlantic University’s program in Boca Raton, Florida.

Throughout her education and training, Dr. Lucas has routinely taken on opportunities to expand her skill sets in research and academics, as well as, mentoring junior and fellow colleagues. She served as Chief Resident during her final year of her Residency Program, and has recently taken on a Teaching Attending position with Parkview, after spending time in our community as a primary care physician. She enjoys helping residents develop their skills and apply them to practice.

Dr. Lucas grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences with a Pre-Medicine focus. She was inspired to become a physician during her latter semesters of college, when she felt that her base of nutrition knowledge could be augmented with knowledge of medicine to help those with chronic disease.  Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom, cooking, and spending time with her dogs and husband.
