Biography
Dr. Terrence Lakin was raised in Northern Colorado. He served as a physician in the US Army for 17 years as both a family medicine and urgent care provider. Dr. Lakin achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal during his last deployment to Afghanistan in 2004 as an Army Flight Surgeon.
Dr. Lakin understands what employers need in work-related medical care and what is expected from him as a medical provider. Your needs as an employer are unique and he can create a program to meet specific occupational health concerns.
