I exspected to resolve several issues key to my health, The doctor seemed to be mad at me and the world in general. He did not even provide me any info from the X-rays taken on that day. Grnted I do not know what info he provided to the Va.As far as I can see at this point it was big zero.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Sometimes I have a problem understanding medical terms and would do better if the medical terms were explained more clearly. Great experience with this NeuroSurgeon and would recommend him to friends and family.

Nothing, my daughter and I could not believe how this doctor really listened to me and wanted to help. My daughter and I told him that most other doctors nevered really listened or followed through.

This was not your problem but I have had 2 consults with Dr Lu but have yet to see him.

I tried to explain to him that I am not a whiner...I have had two previous fusions...I KNOW when I have a problem...but his viewing of the MRI and such seemed more important that what I had to say. I felt like he just really did not care. I will say in his defense, it is difficult when you cannot actually put your hands on a patient, but still, I got NO feeling of concern from that physician.

Nothing, experienced a wonderful visit, very thorough, thank you.

I cannot think of anything they did not do to make me comfortable and well informed about my visit.

I am not happy with the service I got from the staff. When I first got there I was late due to some issues that had happened on the way to my appointment. And so, the lady there made me feel very badly about being late and not showing up on time. She's quite rude and ... and that's it. She's too rude for me ... my taste. Thank you.

The Doctor could have been less judgmental and friendlier.

Nothing The nurse was Awesome
September 10, 2020
Yeah, Dr. Lu was different this time. I saw him a year ago and he was more friendly. Now he's matter of fact and this is it and you know, this is it and I'm going to leave and I'm going to do that and he just seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. I don't know if the coronavirus is doing that or what but I'm a little disappointed in him. The lady they sent in to put a neck brace on me came in in a hurry and wanted to leave in a hurry and acted like she didn't want any questions, so I don't know what's going on with that. So a little disappointed

I already did this whole thing online and so it wasn't necessary to do it over the phone.
August 17, 2020
Yes, I think that my online visit with Dr. Lu could have improved by him having all of my statistics and statuses there in front of him before he called me. He called me and did not have any of that information in front of him and had to keep putting me on pause and hold and wait just in order to find MRIs, CT's, even the ones that were done there at your clinic. So that it in a way made me kind of feel like maybe in one way or another he wasn't really prepared to talk to me about my condition. That is all I have to say about that. Other than that, he was great. He was wonderful. He was personal. He was kind

I didn't have any problems with the process from beginning to end. Everyone was polite and courteous, answered my questions, showed attentiveness when I spoke up and had something to say about my condition or anything ongoing with me. So I guess that's pretty much all I have to say. I was very pleased with the whole thing. So I really thank you a lot.
July 21, 2020
One problem I had was that my appointment was for 2 p.m. and I didn't get in till 3 p.m. because they said my appointment was at 3 p.m. they should have told me this to begin with as I had to sit in their office for an hour

Dr. Lu is an excellent physician, and I think he understands my current physical condition completely, and I don't think you could find anybody any better any place. Thank you.
May 26, 2020
Dr. Lu was a bit abrasive in his demeanor. He's clearly very knowledgeable but didn't come off as the friendliest person. It's super important that patients feel comfortable when they are seeing a doctor. They are most likely already scared or worried and a caring attitude can help them calm down.

The doctor was very very informative and the staff is just awesome. I really appreciate their... what they do. Thank you.
