The vision of the Parkview Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency is to become the best Internal Medicine program in the Western United States through excellent patient care, continuous quality improvement initiatives and outstanding graduate medical education in internal medicine.
Parkview’s board of directors in conjunction with the Colorado Board of Health System has made the decision to implement a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy for the Parkview Health System. This plan was developed to protect our patients, staff, community and ourselves. The vaccine will be required for employees, medical providers, volunteers, students, contract staff, vendors and board members and will have the requirement of being fully vaccinated by November 1, 2021. Exemptions will be granted for valid medical and religious reasons. Anyone who receives an exemption will be required to test weekly and wear a mask at all times.
